Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days (weekends included) of receiving your order via the mail and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Orders that were picked up must be returned to the pick up location within 7 days of placing the order. Unfortunately, it is not our responsibility if you are delayed picking up your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Hats and sale items items are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Returns are for faulty and damaged products only.Â
All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
You may be eligible for an exchange IF the product is still in stock, which cannot be guaranteed.
Your refund payment will not be processed until the package has been received and inspected.
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Also, electronic products cannot be returned with no exceptions.
